Advancing Immunoengineering Research with New Imaging Flow Cytometry Capability

We are thrilled to announce a new addition to our lab.
Our lab has recently acquired the Amnis CellStream, an advanced imaging flow cytometry platform that allows for simultaneous high-throughput analysis and single-cell imaging. This instrument will greatly improve our capacity to investigate cellular interactions, biomaterial–immune cell dynamics, and the spatiotemporal aspects of immune responses.
With this capability, we can now go beyond conventional flow cytometry by not only quantifying signals but also visualizing their localization within cells, opening new opportunities to better understand mechanisms underlying cancer immunotherapy and tissue repair.
We are especially grateful to Dr. Anthony Convertine for his support and generosity, which helped make this addition possible.
This instrument will play an important role in advancing our efforts in immunoengineering, particularly in developing next-generation biomaterials and nanomedicine strategies to modulate the immune system.
We look forward to leveraging this technology to accelerate discovery and foster new collaborations.
