We are excited to announce that our proposal, “AI-Driven Discovery and Quantitative Validation of Antimicrobial Nanoparticle Platforms for Sustainable Agricultural Preservation,” has been selected for funding through the OVCRI Research and Innovation Seed Funding Program at Missouri University of Science and Technology (Missouri S&T).

This interdisciplinary project—conducted in collaboration with Dr. Hossein Abedsoltan—integrates artificial intelligence, nanotechnology, and sustainable agriculture to accelerate the discovery and validation of advanced antimicrobial nanoparticle platforms. The work represents an important step toward leveraging data-driven approaches to address key challenges in agricultural preservation and sustainability.

We gratefully acknowledge the support of the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Research and Innovation, the Kummer Center for AI and Autonomous Systems, and the Center for Research in Energy and Environment.
